This study aims to analyze the level of operational perfomance fishing port clas PPI Lappa Sinjai Regency. The research method used in a case with aspects studied include provision facilities activities. Data were analyzed descriptively using scoring and performance appraisal table. assessment is obtained by comparing current condition provisions regulations stipulated Ministry Maratime Affairs Fisheries No. PER.08/MEN/2012 concerning ports decision Director General Capture No.432/DPT3/0T.220.D3/I/2008 regarding guidelines for evaluating technical implementing units. results show that coconut 63,6 % or good status. Each parameter has high percentage weight value success, includes number produnction 960,05%, ship visting frequensy 73,3%, ice service 458,10 %, fuel ships 175,40%, clean water 22,05% availability fasilities such as administration office, national marketing, marketing facilities, canteen, mosque. available but not functioning are guard post. Facilities available, industrial processing repair supply engine parts polyclinics.
